Today, maybe, I'm starting a diet (home made diet, that tecnically consists in just quitting all the junk food I love).. so.. this was one of my experiment..

Ingredients:
6-7 zucchini (Italian squash)
1/2 onion
1/2 cup of rice
olive oil
salt
pepper
water

1/2 cup of rice

How I prepared it:
- I cut in little pieces the onion and i put it into a pan with a little bit of olive oil (low fire);
- I cut the zucchini and I put them in the pan;
- I added the rice too;
- I cooked for 15-20 minutes mid fire adding water to keep everithing not too thick;
- I liquidized with a mixer;
- I served with toasted bread and a littlebit of olive oil.
